MÁS PÁGINAS

More Pages

Más Páginas is for writers of all levels and styles who want a dedicated space to coax their draft out of hiding.

Everyone’s got a story to tell. But while anyone can start a script, few actually finish. As a writer, you know you’ve got the passion, maybe even the seed of a compelling idea. But perhaps form or length or structure has kept it locked inside you…I get it, I’ve been there. Truly.

Más Páginas is honored and eager to guide your story out of its hiding place, onto the page and into the world. In a way that promises more scripts to come.

In our virtual writers’ room, we’ll learn the ins and outs of structure, character, theme and dialogue, while illuminating your unique voice. Holding one another accountable to deadlines, we share what we’re making piece by raw piece. No writing discipline? No problem. We’ll build it—in a way that supports you.

The difference between Más Páginas and other script classes is while most center their writing methodology, Más Páginas centers you, the writer. Scribes get to know one another’s work intimately and immediately, in an environment built on collective guidelines and rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion techniques. We teach myriad writing methodologies, in a way that supports every learning style.

Your voice is unique. Más Páginas is dedicated to protecting and nourishing that voice on the page, in the writers’ room and into the entertainment world beyond. All you need is one idea you're passionate enough to write a script about. Just one idea…we can’t to hear it.

MÁS PÁGINAS CLASS testimonials

Philippe Bowgen, Writer & Actor

“This class is all about getting the work done. It's true accountability, critical thinking, collaborative idea generation – and that produces results. A total joy and a full recommend for anyone trying to break, re-break, or just use as a creative outlet.”

Erica A. Hart, Writer & Casting Director

“I LOVED this class. Loved the size and the fact that we got to know everyone's work so closely. Loved that it was open and supportive. And last and certainly not least loved how [Puma] captained the ship. [She was] generous, supportive yet gave assignments that challenged us. 10/10.

Truly meant everything. It was a release and something that I will cherish for a very long time (forever!). I went to film school and hadn't taken a class like this that again was welcoming, supportive and filled with writers who really cared about each other. I needed the push to write and not only was this the push, but it was a push filled with love and generosity!”

Carolyn Braver, Writer, Director & Actor

“The best thing any new writer can do is take this class.  The first script out of this class I was able to attach Academy Award nominated actors to and I absolutely would not have if I didn't take it. In a matter of weeks you will develop skills that would normally take you years to figure out on your own. Puma has cherry picked the best resources and lessons and integrates their teaching with safety and grace. What is extra special about this class, that really puts you ahead, is that it's thoughtfully engineered to teach you how to be a useful, kind, passionate collaborator. You learn how to give AND receive feedback at a high level. You will come out of this class the kind of writer that people hope for—one that is excited about the feedback process, not defensive, and is actually able to efficiently take a note and discern which notes are worth taking. It will also teach you how to give the kind of feedback that people will seek you out for. This class has truly changed the course of my career as a writer but also as a director and producer. I recommend it constantly.”

Sarah Goeke, Writer, Actor, Composer & Voice Artist

“I loved the organization or how we built our ideas into a pilot and the way you condensed the reading material into bullet points. It forced me out of the box I had been in which was: read a LOT and write a little. This class made me do the opposite.

Puma is a strong source of light and a wonderful, knowledgeable, genuinely helpful sounding board. This along with the structure of the class will help you Make It. Make that THING in your head. She facilitates a space for growth and exploration and through that I was able to pull something that was honestly just a tiny nugget in my brain and write it into a fully realized pilot. I would actually take this class again. It was so helpful.”

Nikki Massoud, Writer, Actor & Voice Over Artist

“For me, this class was the perfect way to break through all the fears that stop us from starting, writing, and finishing our pilots. It was great for a beginner like me and also great for my more seasoned classmates who wanted to deepen their work.

Puma does an incredible job of cultivating a warm, welcoming creative space while also providing boundaries and accountability to make sure you keep writing! The size of the class means that you hear your words out loud every week and get to talk in depth about your questions and ideas. I loved this class so much I took it twice :)”

Jennifer Apple, Writer & Actor

“If you are needing a space to show up, be held accountable, and share your work in process, this class is for you. It pushed me, yet encouraged me to get my ideas out on paper – messy and all!— in a safe space with other brilliant writers and creators. Puma facilitates such a wonderful balance of supportive and daring energy that you come for progressing your own work and also the collective.”

Antonio Thompson, Writer & Producer

“Loved the pace, structure, direction, and feedback. It allowed us to take an idea, and bring it to completion, while being challenged and encouraged all throughout the process.

I'd say definitely take the class because it provides a safe space that helps you complete a vision. Puma is fair, encouraging, and knows her stuff. She is thoughtful in her feedback and shares ideas freely.”

Leo Oliva, Writer, Actor & Producer

“This class is a place where I feel able to create openly and freely and without judgment while exploring deep meaningful ideas and receiving valuable feedback.”
